Visiting Monet's house and garden is a must. Besides you've certainly come  for that...... In the churchyard around,  Monet's tomb attracts visitors. Don't forget to have a look at former Hotel Baudy  (that used to be a highlight of artistic life)  and to visit the Museum of Impressionisms - with two different exhibitions every year.

- Souvenirs  - Shopping - Books

There are no shops in Giverny, apart from a bakery, a few souvenir shops and  art galleries.  Shops, banks, chemists, supermarkets, petrol stations, police station, etc... are to  be found in Vernon.

Books are sold the same price everywhere in France, whether you buy them during your visit  in a museum in Giverny or a bookshop in Vernon or anywhere else, even in  online  French bookshops.
